Willing to Buy Used Touring Set Up
I thought I was going to try the 50/50 crossover resort/touring setup route but have been convinced by veterans that this is an ill fated plan and I agree. So - looking for a used set up to get started touring on. Thinking ~ 100-104 underfoot and 180+ long. willing to go wider if that’s what’s available. Not sure what bindings I would want but seems like light is right.
Thanks!

I got some dps backcountry edition with tectons, 106 width 185 length. Was my one ski quiver through college when I was split 50/50 backcountry and resort. Now that I made it to SLC I’m following the natural path and buying every ski at every opportunity so I don’t need a do it all anymore.

I have a pair of Blizzard Zero G 95s in a 178 length for $400 (reviews). The Zero G is a hard-charging, stiffer ski but I think would be good for the East Coast! In the 95/178 dimensions they weigh 1300g per ski. They've been drilled once with quiver killers for a Market Alpinist binding, or you could remount them.
Bindings-wise, I have a pair of used Salomon MTN bindings (350g per ski) and two new pairs of ATK Trofeo bindings (150g per ski) for sale.
You could also ask for what people have in this thread, which is aimed at lightweight gear! Make sure to specify that this is your first BC setup though - I don't think you'd want to go too light for a first setup.

@Benneke I'd be interested in your Salomons. I've got a pair of Black Crows Camox Freebird 183 w/ some old tele bindings & skins that may be available soon.
