Front suspension on a fat bike

I recently bought an e fat bike https://moosebicycle.com/products/efatbike-2022 I've had a fat bike for 7 years and not missed front suspension. However, I'm wondering if rocking the shimano mid drive fat bike at hitherto unknown fat bike speeds more often front suspension might be a really good idea.

Tires are 27.5x4.8. What are decent options?
    Bluto.
    Wren? (actually available)
    Others?
    You are what you eat.

riding the fat bike at the bike area this summer my take is at 37lbs the fat bike is already a slug, speeds are slow, the tires provide enough suspension

It already wheighs 59 Lbs, its got a motor so whats a couple more lbs.

I know on my non e fat not having suspension is ok. Its slow and the trails are filled in with snow and smoother. But on an e fat I'm going to be faster everywhere. I'm going to be a menace to my physical health while improving my mental health.

    I have both a e dually and a e hardtail/Bluto fatbike in the family.
For me the hardtail works great on the snow.
The dually works way better on dirt. These bikes are so heavy that the hardtail hits and deflects off roots and bumps badly.
As for the speed, I find I don't go much faster than when I was race training. Muscle recovery is much quicker though.

I'd ride it rigid and see how it handles. It might be brilliant in the snow.

Pretty sure imma be a menace. As manager of an ebike shop I have access to Bulls and Orbea e bikes (and a bunch of others) for my weekend whip if i want. I find I'm a bit faster on the up but much faster on the down. I climb on eco and descend on emtb or turbo. You're probably right, I should try as is first.

Front suspension on a fat bike

I’m old and beat up. I’m solidly in the suspension camp. Plus on an Ebike, the weight penalty’s negligible.
