Pretty good crowd at the 6-pack, but ski-on to the quad.

You watched the Warren Miller flick this year, eh?

Old slalom skis are cheap if you look in the right places.

Remember your roots and culture my brethren say
    Remember your place of shelter
Don't forget the days of bread and water man
    Remember the days of hunger
For you never miss the water till the well runs dry”

May we all be bopping along to this, after a false start, through the Powder in 2022! Remember your Roots and Culture, but look forward to better days. Happy New Year!

No better way to celebrate the end of 2021 better than skiing in the rain and having a great time doing it.

Spun the wheel on Ripcord until I got bored and the cat tracks became prevalent.
Very short singles line made for quick laps. Said "hey" to Eug who was skiing with family.

Bleak spot was sitting here for five minutes hoping the lift would start soon.
The two women I was riding with talked about the Stowe evac that took two hours and people having passes pulled for jumping off. They both thought they could jump if it took too long, 20' to 20º hardpack ,please don't as I don't want to listen to your screaming when you break. One also said that she would take her ski boots off before leaping.

Note to self; don't sit in the middle unless you want stains on your jacket

    Some nice rime formations

Skadi was watching and opened the clouds for a half hour and sunny turns were made.

    I'd love it!

Benny thinks all white kids are rich if they ski. They're probably not poverty level, but making ends meet is a challenge for some if not many.

Happy new year to all. Great to see turns bringing in the new year. Let’s hope the sacrifices made bring us snow here on the EC soon.

Oh but they do indeed. I see it.
Been peeling off fast laps on the creamed corn last couple mornings on green chair. It’s about a 13-14 minute round trip. Feels good to get out. Magic has an uphill battle ahead of it. Thinking it’s time to embrace the uphill spirit as well! We’ll have to share some night turns this year. I’m ready. Happy new year my man.
