Looks like tomorrow there may be a few flakes coming down up north in VT! We've had a lot of rain lately, and hope it leads to good things down the line too.

Hi Sprite, hope you're all well, long time no see.

Doesn't look like much at the bush even though radar looked promising

Apparently there were flakes on White Face NY at 2000 ft. this morning. There was a bookface post, I swear.

The Heaven's Gate webcam is now showing a spritz of snow on the ground.
I made chili last night to take camping this weekend. It's going to be chilly in the sleeping bag tonight.

^ There's a reason we called them fart sacks in the Army. Good call on the chili. But it's not soup....

Stowe says that it doesn't guarantee you a spot. What is the advantage?

"Value" according to their marketing department.

It's insane that you pay $450 for parking and you aren't even guaranteed a spot. Who thought this was a good idea?

Glad I got my Stowe days in during the AIG days.

GOOD NEWS!!!! In the fine print of the Vail announcement I learned that your 450 clams gets you unlimited access to their FREE public parking lots too!

Whoever pushed to include that bullet point needs to be fired.

East Coast Roll Call 21-22 We have a hot date with Skadi, Pictures at 11

Even if you show up with 4 in a car, you have to find a parking ambassador in order to get a code?

How is this going to streamline the parking fiasco??

Edit to add that they don’t give a f*ck about the parking, just trying to squeeze more $$ out of people.

They do care about the access road. It’s fubar. Rich people are pissed. Can you imagine having slopeside condo and being trapped?

The real solution is remote parking with free bus rides. JH did it with the Stilson lot. It sucks. But it’s the only way. Unless money is no object, in which case you now get better parking once you pay.

Parking on the other side of the mountain just keeps on being a better deal by far.
