Did ya get caught in that crack between lanes? We used to have a few custom Landgrove Long Boards we would roll when the Hapgood Pond Road got repaved

No, I got cocky after about 10 runs and bottomed a wheel into the deck on my regular street skating board. Then started practicing break dancing moves. Rolled right up… luckily I’m an expert at falling

And the forecast for tomorrow is 50s and rain. Monday, 40s and rain. And not exactly cold otherwise. Like, extended snowmaking cold.

I swear, it's only a matter of time before those fucking Mormon race heads bankrupt that mountain again.

I had heard once that you can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but, you can't pick your friend's nose, but, in a lot of cases here, I doubt the last.

Oh man! After working in the yard this summer whilst consuming an edible, I decided to take the longboard for a cruise barefoot. I don't think I had ridden it in two years. I made it down the hill and was so stoked because those turns are just so fun. Skated back up and with monumental mental effort, I put the board back in the garage One and done, but uninjured! I crashed once years ago and broke my phone in half. That was expensive. Skating is a young man's game.

Good turns at the River today. Easily skiable top-to-bottom by TGR standards, rope at midstation notwithstanding, but the better skiing was up top. Plenty of early-season terrain (especially waterbars) to keep you on your toes, not guessing they're going to get a chance to groom it tonight with the forecast temps (but who knows).

If they do get the forecast non-crystalline precip tonight, Lower Punch may be a "walking strongly recommended" situation tomorrow, but there seemed to be a decent amount of depth above that.

Damn dude glad you’re alright. Wheel bite is a real biotch. Risers and wheel wells are good friends to old guy street skaters.

Looking forward to riding lifts at mss tomorrow! Let’s go!

Thanks Harvey for the recommendation for Sports Page. Got the TX Pro. They performed a great boot fitting.

Now to figure out a ski. I tech talked Jong about it last year with no response. Recommendation for a replacement for Karhu Team 100/Line Prophet 100?
