Nice to see Kaitlin working from home. And a win for winter sports enthusiasts having meteorologists at BTV that ski. Forecast discussion always has clues (froude #, upslope and whatnot)

In that case looks like Sutton will be the, uhmm, part of the female anatomy that rhymes with Delores. Nice.

Happy Thanksgiving. Got my first day in for the season. Felt good, decent snow. No lines. Got a few runs on OG. Here’s hoping to some good snow in the next 48 hours so that todays download was the last of the season. Click image for larger version.

Dumping hard here in Jericho over the last hour. More new snow on the ground now than we’ve seen in Missoula so far this season.

If anyone is looking for a chairlift swing, this might work for you. Note, they have been laying around outside and the condition could be ? If you have serious interest and would be able to manage getting it home, I can check with folks who might have an idea of their condition.

3.75" accumulation here at BoM and 23*. A bit windy but not too bad.

Probably a little thin to skin but that doesn't mean we won't.

I’m surprised by that. We got 6”-8” over our way. I was hoping Magic would have more!

East Coast Roll Call 21-22 We have a hot date with Skadi, Pictures at 11

Less than expected (I think?) at Stowe but dense and sweet on fat skis. Wind was ripping. Zero complaints.

ETA: I checked the report after and 10” is pretty realistic based on how it skied in spite of the webcam showing half that.

Feel like over half a foot here, and a lot of wind transport made for some good-sized drifts.

We’re kicking ourselves now for not lugging the BC gear over for the holiday. Any turns would be nice right now after a dry fall back home.
