These boots are definitely used but do have life left. I have one stock power strap (not pictured) — missing the other one. I had boosters on these. I have a collection of other stock power straps you can choose from (various Lange and Rossi options).

Edit: I see now that the boots are separate. Still, pretty good deal for skis and especially the binders. GLWS.
