I did buy an Epic pass (April 20) and did receive a confirmation email.
If you have a problem & think that someone else is going to solve it for you then you have two problems.

I bought an edge card last week and got the email confirmation the same day.

    Whistler 21/22

How was it up there today? Thinking of coming up tomorrow with the split to get up to the glacier. Worth it? Is there any way to tell which if any of the alpine lifts will open in advance? I thought they announced glacier and Crystal closed for the season? But that seems to not be true now? Wtf is going on up there?

sounds like if 7th isn't broken on any given day, it's open instead of Glacier

I was up a couple days ago and it was better than expected, though 7th was closed.

Definitely worth heading up Ray. North facings holding good cold powder as Maximus mentioned. I think every day will be excellent touring this week.

Amazing Maximus. I try and do slalok once a season but haven’t been able to yet this season. Hoping it stays cold for another week or so

    Same here.
It’s the summers, not the winters that doing the damage to glaciers.
Remember speaking to Arthur Dejong about it yrs ago.
