This x2…don’t make your personal choices a problem for someone else if the mask isn’t required. If it’s that big a deal for you, probably should ski somewhere where they are required.

    You expected a Spanish inquisition?

The local sold out regular season passes in September. Guessing they decided to keep the rabble to a minimum due to covid. I could be wrong though.

Masks while you ski? Yah, not happening on this face unless threatened with eviction.

If masks are required - wear them.

If they are not required it's up to you.

…NOBODY expects the Spanish … eh, ok, I’ll stop.

Anyway, vail properties are no rezys, no outdoor (or lift, even enclosed) masks except where local rules require (eg, BC) and proof of vax to eat inside. Not sure how the vax proof will be done.

Vax proof is easy, your given a card, no card - no go inside. Masks work it’s that simple
Lots of places where I live make u show ur card and even at times where a mask and you can go inside. I’d rather follow the rules and ski then not wear a mask and drive home. Be safe and smart people

Well in BC its back to 100% at hockey games with check of vaxx passport and wearing mask walking around and in you seat. Though if eating or drinking no mask , so if able to nurse a beer for a period then no mask. KH policy is not out yet other than in lodge will continue to be more of a restaurant so passport needs to be shown. I would like it to be show passport before lift ticket buy and show once for season passport.

WB/Vail is full capacity no vax/mask requirements for gondolas/lifts...although not a lot of local support for the accommodation of the unvaxxed.

Vail resorts says it will be requiring/checking proof of full vaccination (meaning 2 weeks after last dose), to enter indoor dining, but not otherwise. And a reservation for entry to dining. Remains to be seen if they actually do it, with worker shortages, etc.

In BC it is a provincial health order (to enter a restaurant). In theory the door guard is supposed to check your BC QR code with an app and check ID. Out of country can show their ArriveCAN credentials but that leaves out of province visitors out of luck. Many restaurants don't bother with the verify app since underpaid staff aren't going to use their personal phone for work.

Restaurant guests must show proof of vaccination but restaurant staff don't.
If you have a problem & think that someone else is going to solve it for you then you have two problems.
