As I mentioned several pages back, the rental situation, at least on the south shore, seems to be abating somewhat. I was able to pick and choose from three suitable properties in Meyers, and that was even ruling out several other very suitable properties that just had too many stairs for Nacho. I don't know if it's the fire, the shitty smoky summer, or ripple effect from Measure T (these are all in the county), but I like it.

If anyone knows anyone looking for a room (its the whole upstairs; bedroom, loft, bathroom) I may have one. Or possibly a ski lease type arrangement although I'd rather have long term. Starting eeeearly November.
