Parked at Alta before 8 without a reservation. Check.
Waited 2 days for settlement after a big water event on a slope that held no old snow. Check.
1st high t tracks of the year and in full sunshine no less. (high triangle) Check.
So good...Time spent skiing cannot be deducted from one's life.

Was a great calm bluebird day today! ...Thread needs more alpine.
Felt really good to be up there today and see these views again. Variable snow up high with nice settled pow the rest of the way down.

Skied griz with the typical crew today, back at the car at 2, Michigan was getting heavy on the last lap, had to deal with major snow sticking on the skis with some of our party. Had to walk out the last bit of the summer road
