I feel like when you start talking 20k that is beyond a dentist's budget?
The pinkbike comments on this were hilarious, especially the ones about turning off your bike if you don't pay your subscription...

On a full AXS / Flight Attendant build you would have to charge 7 batteries?
- RD
- Post
- LHS
- RHS
- Fork
- Shock
- Crank Sensor?
Do they make a single charger that you can put that all on at once?
The fork module looks prime for some downtube smacking…

Mike Levy’s video on PB was pretty good for addressing questions.
Lots of batteries, but they all have different charge cycles.
My experience with AXS seatpost and shifting is that seatpost battery lasts a long time time (I go about 2 months without charging). The RD seems to burn through charges much faster, I’ll recharge (1hr) every 5 rides or so.
CR2032 batteries in the paddles last a very long time.
Battery life for all pieces is visible in the app.
Apparently SRAM tested the shit out of the fork unit position and didn’t break one.
The Secus seems much more precarious to me.

I kinda actually wish this was wired. Shimano and Fox wiring (once installed) are invisible and work. I just trust that it’ll work the same for longer.
I have 30 year old wired speakers that work flawlessly every time. I have wireless headphone and speakers that start acting a little funny after 2-4 years. This’ll probably get some push back, but if we’re going to do electric bits on bikes, wireless isn’t really better once you’re pedaling along.

x2, sure, I am a Luddite. Don't care.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

I can't afford it, but will be interested when it trickles down... I actually use my climbing switches etc...

So the YT currently has the Uncaged 6 in my size on sale for $5499(down from $9499...) To those of you who have Flight Attendant- since the Core 3 build is on my short list anyway, is this fluffery worth the extra $1500?
Saving $4k on something i wouldn't have considered getting seems like a screaming deal but I'm a simple guy(and frugal) and don't really love the idea of multiple batteries and gimmicky tech overload. Thoughts?

Does anyone actually have FA on their bike other than sponsored/pro riders?

Demand is coming from the ridiculously low sale price… it says something that they have to discount the FA build kit that significantly in order to sell the bike.
