How the F do you get a hold of a live person at Strafe re: warranty?

Anybody know the secret sauce to getting in touch with a real live person at Strafe regarding warranty repair?

I was able to use their website message/chat thing to get instructions to send an item in for repair. But since they received not quite a month ago it's been radio silence.

All I'm looking for is a "hey we received your item, we'll repair it, and should send it back roughly X date". Have asked a few times through the same dumb message thing on their site, and email to their general inquiry address. No luck.

The only phone #s I can seem to find for them is the retail showrooms, which is not where I sent the gear.

I would call their retail shop. It's not a large company.

If tracking shows they got it no news is probably good news. When I worked for a company that did a ton of warranty repairs we only called people when there was a charge for it or if it had to be sent overseas for months. Otherwise the repair shop just fixed it and sent it back..
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

This is what happens when millennial work from homers go biking.

Just wait until it starts snowing.

Decent advice. One store seams to be closed until the season. The other I talked to retail bro who seemed interested in helping, took my info. Was apologetic that they are short staffed across the board.

Got an email today from dude at Strafe who said he’d just started as the new customer service rep.

I’d take that to mean they had been lacking a CSR for a period, which may explain things. Gave me exactly the communication I was looking for “got it, will repair, expect back around X”.

Helped me out with another question straight away, so seemed pretty responsive.

They are pretty good in general, but gotta just be patient in this fall window and remember it is a ski company located locally in a ski town. It’s gonna happen that they close for a bit in the off-season.

It is very possible and sometimes it is inevitable.

Yeah, I may not have appreciated how small a company they are, everyone looks of a certain mass online. Anyway, have gone from mildly annoyed back to neutral, actually decided to order a Nomad jacket from them today. Hopeful on the fit.
