You guys hip to Greta Van Fleet?

I always thought it was a woman singer songwriter - weird name for a band IMO- so I never checked them out. But I heard them on the radio yesterday, and was really impressed!

I saw that in my daughter’s playlist and just thought it was another Halsey type chick. Terrible band name.

Well to be fair to the good people of Frankenmuth, that kind of combination would take anyone off guard.
I still call it The Jake.

OK, wrong forum, but since this thread exists, yeah, I like her/their? music. I like Led Zeppelin, too.

I couldn’t believe it was a current band I was hearing. They have such a cool, classic rock sound.
Are there other bands out there still making real rock like this?

If by "hip to" you mean the unoriginal cringe level is off the charts, then yeah I'm hip to them.

They are virtually a tribute band. Can be fun but dime a dozen.

As stated above, welcome to 2018…
