Someone on Reddit (solid source I know) says that the newest chest cam from Moab police shows that buddy’s face wasn’t scratched at first - but then he went into van and when he came back out it was. All the while she was in police cruiser. This is all rumor though as I’ve not been bothered to watch and confirm so take with much salt.
