Based on all the replies here looks like you're going to go hungry but seriously... there is good food to be had there. Try Parrain's Seafood Restaurant if they are open. Also Beausoleil Coastal Cuisine and Simple Joe Cafe. Probably should try to find yourself a muffaletta while you're there.

We get plenty of good Cajun food in central Texas, but damn, that does look legit! I may need to take another trip back to the red stick in the near future.
