Why not atone for his sins in private?

I worked the territory with a guy who was addicted to sex. Good looking 30 y o. Had a bomber wife and 5 kids. Traveling salesman. Did the maid or waitress in every hotel that he stayed at.

Having sex with a patient is forbidden pretty much everywhere, regardless of how consensual.

Maybe he wants the “victims” to know he was wrong. He’s in his 60s so his practice is likely over or winding down.
