What is accountability?
What does accountability mean to you? Both from a theoretical perspective and in actual practice.

The definition? It means that someone is directly responsible for whatever it is working and if it doesn't work it's their job to make it work and there will be repercussions to them if they don't succeed. It's on them. They're responsible.
