Down starting two corners, starting 2 WRs, 4 of 6 running backs. OL was last in the league in a ton of stats. Defense had more pass interference calls than any other team in America. So yeah, they overachieved. Happy for Stetson and UGA.....they deserve the title, they were the best team. Roll Tide!

And yet they still have a more stacked roster than most any team. Tide played like crap and Young had a bad case of the Heisman curse. Sore losers will always blame either refs or injuries.

I picked UGA to win 31-17, I’m far from a sore loser. UGA was better, they deserved the title. I think this Bama team would have probably lost to Ohio State or maybe Oregon or maybe Utah or Oklahoma. A flawed team that accomplished more than they should have. Winning a national title is HARD. Happy for UGA, it was only a matter of time. Time for the off season.

Good game, bummed Bama lost but hey, my two favorite teams played and someone had to win. I guess you gotta lose every once in a while to feed the competition. No body can say GA didn't work their asses off for it.

What an amazing display of defensive excellence from both teams. Only one touchdown the entire game that offense earned without defense gift wrapping for them. Practically zip rushing yards both sides.. As good as D gets!

Have you seen Oregon play other than the Ohio State game ? They would have been rolled by 30 by EITHER team. Excited to see what kind of juice Dan Lanning and crew will bring to Eugene.
