    Milk Crate Challenge

Saw something on my social media feed today involving crowds of people gathered in parks all over filming people taking neck-snapping falls off stacks of milk crates.

Apparently it’s a thing thanks to garbage app Tik Tok. I guess if the CCP can’t use it as spyware, it can still sit back and smile knowing that if it’s not being used to turn user’s brains to mush, it’s being used to induce paralysis and CTE in the name of clicks.

We are losing this asymmetric war.

I actually wondered the same thing. Milk crates, at least the old really heavy duty nylon ones are pretty useful around the house from time to time. No clue where I got my 2-3 but I’ve had them for 20+ years.

It’s not like they’re pallets stacked out behind Home Depot or something.

Lol. Just drove by a park on my way home from the hospital about three hours ago. Huge crowd gathered around a pyramid of milk crates about 10ft tall. Wondered “what the fuck is that all about?”. This place never fails to deliver. Thanks!

People can't resist these fucking stupid challenges. I'm sure as a group we could come up with a bunch of new challenges for them, for our amusement. New thread?

Clearly this challenge is a GenZ marketing campaign paid by the milk industry.

Do Gen Zers even drink enough milk to generate this many crates?

    Not soy either.

Either way, if we could get that #KONY2012 guy up on a stack of crates I think we could kill two birds with one stone here. Maybe 3 if people see that internet trends are stupid.

Yeah, we’re gonna need to turn that into a hashtag.

You would think they could get at least $3.70 a crate in this crazed market.

It ain't a milk crate unless there is a threat of a $1500 fine stamped on the side.
