Habs hire Martin St Louis as head coach, plans to use fiery personality to overcome lack of coaching experience. LOL

I saw him play against the Bruins a few days ago, he was outstanding. Only thing that kept the 'Hawks in the game.

Caught just the end of the B's-Habs game last night, turned it on with 5:00 to go in the 3rd, B's down 2-1. They tied it and and then won in OT on a nifty goal by Marchand, off a play that he started with a takeaway in the B's end. Kid's pretty good.

Well, the Wild play better D than the Hawks right now which should help. Love how Guerin has gone on and on about not ransoming the future to win today then trades away draft picks and our top goalie prospect to 'put all his chips on the table' as the NHL report puts it. Will it be enough to get the Wild to the Finals? I doubt it.

Man, the knights are totally blowing it. Imploding on the ice, then not realizing they are trading a player with a no trade clause? Jesus.

I think they can bring him back after April 1, and it doesn’t count on the cap. Isn’t that what the lightning did a couple years ago?

They just put Reilly Smith on LTIR to free cap space. Yes, Cap no longer applies in the playoffs. If they make it.

Fleury looking like just what my Wild needed. He’s a highlight reel tonight.

Maybe we get past round one this year. We have high end talent in $ Krill and some beef (some old, some recently added) to make us much harder to play against. I like our chances to make a run this year.

Quite the game between the AVS and the pens today. Very happy the AVS hung on to win. Fuck the pens and Crosby. Hopefully kadri has a speedy recovery, having a career season.

Nashville winning and Dallas winning is sort of worst case scenario tonight for the knights.

Seriously. They haven’t got any help lately. Five in a row and nothing to show for it

Watching the Avs with my wife and she makes a comment about teams winning presidents trophy and stanley cups. I mentioned how the Avs are like the Minnesota Vikings of the nhl....this blackhawk fan might be sleeping on the couch tonight.
