WTT, Shimano for SRAM
I've got about three months on an XT 12 speed drivetrain. Nothing wrong with it, I just have SRAM on everything else and don't want to deal with disparate drivetrains. I'm looking for GX or better. Mostly looking to trade derailleur, shifter, cassette, and chain. I have a set of XT cranks with a broken chainring, but am only interested in something comparable that's 175mm, so that can be handled separately. Here's what I have (all 12 speed):
XT derailleur
XT 10-51 Cassette
XT shifter
XT chain (used, 114 links)
XTR chain (brand new, 114 links)
XT M8120 crank, 170mm (with broken chainring that I don't have the tool to remove).
I also have a Stan's Neo Microspline freehub and end cap I can sell if that helps the swap.Remind me. We'll send him a red cap and a Speedo.

Not sure it helps, but a friend runs a sram axs shifter/mech with xt crank/casette/chain and I can’t tell any difference from my axs setup or my x01 Eagle setup.
