    Calluses

I ripped a pretty big hole under a callus yesterday. It’s real painful. Any idea of some treatment? Superglue?Click image for larger version.

    That’s some serious furious masturbation.

Ripped a few over the years windsurfing.

Corn huskers lotion was the key.
If you can’t find that, get bag balm.
    Or teat cream.

Cow tits need the lotion and it works.

it doesnt look like you wear gloves ?

IME gloves protect the hands from glancing off trees/ hitting the ground whatever you wana hit and usually stops getting blisters IME

I wear a fairly skookum but not too bulky mechanix glove, its kind of personal preference

Liquid bandage might help or a wrap of ductape

Gloves on the dh bike and sometimes on the trail bike. This is mainly from dh though. Just lots of laps.

Thanks for the lotion recs. I have some paw paw ointment (Aussie stuff that is used for all sorts of ailments) that I’ll try out and search for that cornhusker stuff.

Corn huskers is odd. Most other lotions are oily or greasy.

Corn is glycerin based. But it works well. . I don’t sail as much as I used to. But still use cornhusker for yard work blisters and softening hard callous. It’s not a spot treatment. Rub it all over. It feels good.

Callous is ironic. You would think softening them makes them weak. But they rip off when they’re too hard. Been there. Done that.

I am suprised no one has brought up the furious masturbation that must have caused this injury

I suggest investing in one of the better lubes
