Kind of but the Cowboys played like crap so I never honestly thought they had much of a chance. But ok, the end was interesting.

Well if the reports are to believed, we have an explanation why "bad" JimmyG surfaced the second half. Dunno if he shoulda been playing through a sprained shoulder with everything on the line.

Yeah, that was pathetic. I'm a cowboy fan but they played like crap the entire game and then blame the refs. 15 penalties and you're going to blame the loss on one play. Even if they got another play off they wouldn't have scored, so WTF are you crying about! I was never a Dak fan, but the first half of the year he played with confidence and accuracy and was great and I got on board. Once he got hurt he went back to the old Dak with occasional flashes of greatness and a lot of meh play. I'm very surprised that he also bought in on the refs screwing it up for them. Agree with Bandini that they have too many weapons on offense to not score a lot more.

Kyler Murray was so cute last night running around with all the big kids, he must have been exhausted after the game

He’s learning…pretty decent season for him

Next year, he’ll either continue to force things or he’ll mature & tighten up his errors and be pretty effective

Kyler is a good player, but that was a pathetic performance.
Nice defensive strategy...keep him in the pocket and force him to see over the linemen - LOL.
Maybe he can go play for the As after all.

Is there a chance Kyler isn’t quite as good as we thought and it’s just that Deandre Hopkins is a beast? Cardinals have been trash since losing him.

I was one of Kyler's biggest fans when he played college ball. But, I thought it was foolish for him to go #1. He's Doug Flute only faster. His performance goes down as they clip his wings and run him less.. which is NFL best practice for QBs.. He's too short to be a pocket passer. He should have played baseball, maybe he'll do that next if he doesn't get wrecked.

He's still better than 70% of the other QBs in the league but not living up to the hype.. as I suspected..

How much does the scheduling favor Tampa Bay with their game being Sat night instead of Sunday? LA will all ready play on a short week because of the Monday game, Tampa played Sat, plus LA has a LONG cross country flight so an extra 2 full days of rest at home is huge this time of year.

Well, the good news for LA is the Superbowl is a home game. So they have that.

Is there any question? Brady will win his 8th Super Bowl. Bank it.

I would say most of that is on Kingsbury. His late-season records are suspect for his whole career. Absolute collapsed all three seasons. That’s not on Kyler.

They got Conner back and then only called deep throws. No attempt to get the ball out quick. No plays that use Kylers legs. Just such a boring game plan that had no chance of success.

Hell, even the defense made Stafford look like an MVP.

WIth all the injuries they've sustained, I don't think its as sure of a thing as you think it is. Look at the list
    Leonard Fournette
Ronald Jones (they're down to their 3rd string RB plus straight-off-the-street LaVeon?!?)
    Chris Godwin (YHUGE injury)
AB (sure he's a lunatic, but hard to argue a talented football player)
Tristan Wirfs & Ryan Jensen (all-pro tackle and starting center who have anchored the O line, although one or both may play on Saturday)
    RIchard Sherman

Analysts are sure confident Green Bay is going to beat SF. The same SF that loves to run the ball and the same Green Bay that sucks against the run. In cold weather. Interesting.

BTW - the Super Bowl is a home game for the 49ers too. Just ask Rams fans. ;-)

I heard the debate today as to what is the Mendoza Line for a starting quarterback in this year's playoffs. Jimmy G and Big Ben were the two names most mentioned.
