Seems an odd story. I mean…. People get hit by dump trucks crossing highways I guess, but not multi-millionaire NFL football players. RIP and thoughts to his family and everything.

They do??? Odd story is a massive understatement. What the fuck was a 24 year old multi millionaire professional athlete doing *crossing a fucking interstate highway on foot*?!?

Well it feels like drugs, alcohol, crime, or depression. But what the fuck do I know? I just watch too many movies.

    Damn sad, in any case.

I heard someone say offhand he was on a jog or something. But yeah, I’m sure there’s more to the story that will come out.

Hmmmm.... Bill WAS the guy who "accidentally" texted Flores. Maybe he wanted to make sure TB didn't end up back in the division.

So the Miami Dolphins didn't want to appear racist? Too late LOL!

    Ran out of gas, apparently.

Seems like that would have been an easy detail to run down at the outset…. But whatever.

Yeah, it's odd. Most players would love to have the offensive game plan basically centered around them! I'm sure he just wants to get paid and is maybe overreacting / being emotional during negotiations. Sometimes it's easy to forget how young these guys are. Although he's 26 now... so would hope he'd be a bit more measured in his approach.

Heard that he maybe wasn't a huge fan of how he was being utilized. Taking a bunch of RB hits, while not getting any extra money makes it much more likely he'll have a shorter career.

This, he barely made it out of those playoff games alive.
a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I can see wanting to take less hits to preserve longevity, but I'm sure that sweet WR money teams are throwing around helped. I do think the self preservation tactic is tempting the karma gods.

By far the worst hit he took was as a receiver not RB (in the NFC championship game against the Rams).

Not disagreeing with the general concept but just saying.

Also, on a related side note I hopped down to LA for that game… SoFi is really something.

I guess we are going to tear this down and build a new one.

Where Bobby? I always liked where the Titans were situated and thought the stadium was perfectly serviceable.

I'm sure it's adequate, but that's not what this is about.
It's about billionaires raiding public coffers, so they can have a new facility with minimal personal investment.
It's the most profitable scam in sports.

For the Masterclass example, see the all-time fleecing Mike Brown pulled on the taxpayers of Cincinnati.

They should have let him take the team and leave.
