I just heard about it. She says the docs have told her she'll recover completely but she can't play guitar 5 months later--full recovery seems unlikely to me. Her speech is not affected, hopefully her sing voice is still OK. She's one of my favorites. She did a show in Sacto a couple of years ago where she told the stories behind a bunch of her best songs--something she normally doesn't do. And her voice was a good as I've ever heard her.

Definitely a fan. Pretty crazy lady though. A friend of mine was kinda stalked by her for a while.
