the machine is crankin up here. Ms. MT and me fully vax 4/22 went to a Rumors (Fleetwood cover) show that was "socially distanced" May 1. To be honest, that was a strange experience as it was sold out with maybe 500 in a 2k venue; not having anyone nearby was just strange. You realize just how much the crowd is a part of the show.

Brit floyd in june, Styx/collective soul july and have literally front row (if there is such a thing) for Waters in august. YMMV

Looks like Reno gets the real thing in a couple weeks:

One of the bands I have seen the most comes to a place I have seen a hell of a lot of shows the last 8 years.

DBT have a single show in SLC on August 1. No shows for a month before/after. Here's hoping they make it to MT.

Tix for Billy Strings & Lake Street Dive obtained!

We are going to be in Denver on 5/31 when Ben Harper is playing Red Rocks. I was all set to buy tix but when I started the checkout I realized the 'service fee' added $20 per ticket to the price. $5-7/ticket is one thing but $20??? What kind of bait and switch pricing bullshit is that?

Got 4 tix each night for Billy Strings 7/31 & 8/1 in NH. Looking forward to live music again. Anybody seen a show at the venue in Gilford, NH? Looks nice on Lake Winnipesaukee... might pull a boat over for the weekend.

Coupla friends of mine went to their first show in over a year last night: John Doe at Moe's Alley in Santa Cruz, CA.
I was unfamiliar with the venue, so looked it up.
    Damn.
Fools have been missing live music; every one of Moe's upcoming shows is sold out!

Of all the tix I had for last year, only Primus has announced new dates...

It’s a big flat square of grass. I’ve enjoyed all the shows I’ve been to there. Much better than sitting in the grandstand.
