WTT: Code Rs for Shimano 4-piston Brakes

I switched back to Shimano shifting and now I can't quite get my controls where I want them. Brakes (SRAM Code Rs) are in great shape. They have not been bled recently, but also don't feel like they need it. Pad life is... 60%? I don't know exactly. Happy to measure if that's make or break. Looking to trade for a set of Shimano 4-piston brakes in similarly good condition. Hose lengths are approximately 750mm front, 1600mm rear.

I have TRP disc brakes. 4 piston, G-Spec Trail SL for sale. After the 5 rides, I did a fresh bleed, and have new pads in bags included.

I run a ghetto rigged Ispec II which kind of works on Ispec EV (STOP IT, SHIMANO). with codes and works well.

Yeah unfortunately I've got a bar-mount 11-speed XT shifter. With as confusing as shimano makes everything, I don't even fully understand whether I could convert it to some flavor or i-spec to use with shimano brakes, but I do know from my other full-shimano bike that I can get the controls where I want them without resorting to all that.
