Nice I've been wanting to weld a similar hitch setup. Seems the best setup for wheeling/biking. Have seen similar but didnt know dissent actually made one. Also seems 1up is the consensus.

Also 15k seems low for the mileage/mods from what I've seen esp if its locked/geared but conundrum or Rev would prob know.

Center diff lock and then ATRAC at each wheel which from my understanding and experience is actually very effective.

Already a thread for that, "Ski RV's, Who's sleeping in parking lots". Lots of gotos rigs in that thread, mine included.

    That’s it...it’s time to play G.O.T.O.S.

Meh, I don’t have enough points to sleep in a parking lot in the winter. I’d need things like hard sides, insulation, heat. That thread probably doesn’t apply to the snorkel and roof top tent crowd too much.

Nope, that's in Utah but she's been to Baja, that beach doesn't ring a bell though.

Very clean for a VT vehicle in the Spring, oversized bumpers, rooftop rack with RTT, awning, oversized yellow fog lights, extra shackles, bully bar, & snorkel.

    Acceptable entry?

If that was mine, that step would have been bashed off a long long time ago.

Maybe it's an option at the dealer when you buy it, or maybe it's aftermarket, but I don' think it's stock on all sold Discoverys.

I'm just making fun of how small it is, not trying to get points here. once you stand on the bumper I don't think you need to go up a rung or two to reach the top unless you are so small it would help and then you can't reach the pedals to drive the thing and the whole thing is moot.

I climbed on a bunch of those when I was a kid. It was fun to sit on the roof. Given the moms who drove them I doubt it was anything but from the factory.

Thanks. I met the dissent guy a few years ago. He used to live 10 minutes from me. It looks like he moved. He was willing to cut me a deal on an immediately available front bumper but it was WAY too much $$ for me. He had a lot of really cool projects in his yard at the time. Looks like he’s succeeding!

Damn, within 24 hours my cute ladder shot is dethroned.

Good luck taking down a heavy box from the roof with both hands and going backwards on that ladder. Looks like you can reach everything without it, just open a door and stand in the car for height.

had that step on my 98 Disco. it was the 1st thing i removed. That ladder is only useful for using a scrubber on the roof in the wash bay.

The rear facing LED bar confuses me the most.
I kind of dig a Renegade built out like this. GOTUS Gladiators and JLs are too common!

It is very overkill, gotta keep with the theme right?! But reverse facing lights are nice for setting up camp in the dark, and, um, reversing.

The renegade could be a cool dirt road cruiser, if it wasn't such a POS.

I saw what appeared to be a lifted Prius with a roof rack and one of those solar shower things or and awning yesterday.

Even had some aggressive tires on it.

could've been a cool vehicle if they would've kept the Patriot body. those AWD systems are pretty good compared to today's standards of normal SUVs.
