When I add albums to my Sonos, it’s kinda redundant since most is on my Amazon already.

    Sympathy for the Devil
    Gimme Shelter
    Play with Fire
    Street Fighting Man
    Paint It Black

As someone who didn't really know the Stones until they were on their late middle age tours, I've been heavily influenced by the greatest hits albums/airplay. I should at some point listen to the actual albums.

As good of a list as any, but I can give 5 or 20 others

This is actually quite difficult to keep it to 5.

Same for me until I read the Keith Richards autobio. Went pretty deep after that. Would recommend.

But there are so many more great ones- and a bunch of great albums. I tried to sneak a Keith song on my list but wouldn't be fair. I hope to see them again someday.

I've said it before, I'll say it again, I've never really understood why people like the Stones so much. Sure, they are talented. They're just not my thing. I find a lot of it grating.

    To each his own.

Been listening to Little Stevens Underground Garage a lot lately on XM, they play a lot of early 60s Stones and are worth the listen.

Jumpin' Jack Flash (the only Stones song our band did)
Gimme Shelter--because Merry Clayton (and Lisa Fischer). The greatest back up singing in r and r history.
Honky Tonk Women--the original--because the guitar part is fun to play.

I can take or leave the Stones. They're fine, but never at the top of my playlists.

But there are still songs that I like better than others. The thread isn't "pick the 5 greatest songs of all time, all of which obviously must be by the S(t)ones."
