As some of you may know, I am writing a research paper on social media use and avalanche incidents for my AP Research class. For data collection, I have prepared a short survey with questions pertaining to my topic. If you wouldn't mind taking the time to complete it, I would greatly appreciate it. And since I know some ya'll are an antiquated bunch and may not be on specific social media platforms, if you would share this survey with your kids, grandkids, or younger folks you know, that would be awesome.

Interesting maybe, thought provoking? When I read reports or watch the videos I generally do it for information gathering to look for clues that I can use when I go into the back country.

I agree with PNW. This is a pretty weak survey. For example, when I read about avalanche incidents on the social medias I'm mostly looking for specific info to help me make decisions, and to try to discern what the critical mistakes were.
How I "feel" doesn't really enter into it.
