Armada Shift 13's question
Has anybody ever seen the two "wing" type tabs on the Armada Shift's by the DIN setting? Seems like this make it more difficult to go back and forth between ski and walk mode. Haven't seen these on any other model.

that's an updated version of binding that presumably should solve the issue with lever falling back from locked mode to ski mode. My buddy has old armada shifts and he has this issue. Lever is not staying in place and toe unlocks during touring

That is the 2022 upgrade - as mentioned above it is to prevent the lever from slipping back out of lock mode while skinning. All the Amer Shift products will have it next season.
If you don't like it, offer to trade someone here for their old ones - plenty of people looking for them and no supply at present.
