ISO One Sram brake lever

There's a long and somewhat interesting backstory here, but the point is, I'm short one SRAM brake lever/master cylinder assembly. Looking for either a Guide or Code, doesn't really matter how many adjustments it has, just needs to push DOT fluid around and make the brake pads move. Hoping for something used and reasonably affordable.
