I thought I'd put our rental up here before we list it on Zillow and Craigslist.... our renters are moving out this spring, so we're looking for a new long-term lease beginning on June 1. I believe they're pretty flexible with a move-out date, so if anyone's interested we may be able to work something out. Here are the details and some pictures, PM if interested.

This house is in pristine condition and is just waiting for you to move in. Rent is $2800/mo (plus utilities) with a 1-yr lease, and we require first and last month's rent, plus a $2000 security deposit. Move in available any time around June 1st.
