    WTB: Four Wheel Camper

I’m looking for a FWC. I’d prefer a Hawk but am open to model.
If you have a truck to put it on: even better

Cash in hand, ready to buy

Would consider other cab-over pop ups too.

There’s a pretty good page on the book of faces called Used Four Wheel Campers. Good luck, tough to find them these days.

Yeah even the ones that go up for sale on the used Facebook group usually sell within a day or two. Hope you’re willing to drop everything and fly somewhere at a moments notice.

and 1-2 year old versions are getting a few bucks less then MSRP.

We have a 2008, and use it 40 nights a year. and love it

we ended up searching canada for 2 years looking. Prices where too high or sold too fast. Ended up buying new

I have a fleet on a tacoma for a few years...love it. The used ones sell fast and for pretty close to msrp. Might be worth getting on the list for a new build while you look for used.

I've got a fleet on an 04 tundra, couldn't dream of a better setup. I bought it used for a good price off the used four wheel campers FB, but you've got to act fast if you see something pop up. Seems like that page has been getting more and more expensive recently to the point where a new one isn't that much more though, so I agree with getting on the list for a new build while you look.

Might also check some of the dealers. I think they keep a few on the floor and sell when a new floor model comes in. There is likely a list for that too but worth a shot.

The new project m models look pretty cool too

There’s a project M on Boise Craigslist. No idea if the pricing is fair.

I’ve got a Sunlite Skyhawk for a Tacoma 6’ bed I’ll be selling in the near future if your Park City deal doesn’t work out.

As an update (and a bump), brother in law (located in Park City) has the Hawk, bought a floor model sometime last year, sitting on a dodge 3500. It’s a sweet setup. He’s still wavering on selling, but if he decides to sell soon he’ll be connected with Tech Tonics who’s got dibs. If that for whatever reason falls through I’ll send you a PM altacoup.

If you fly there, I imagine it will be really hard to bring it back as carryon or checked luggage.

I bet someone buys it. It is not a good time to be trying to buy a used camper. If you can put it off for a year that would be wise.
a positive attitude will not solve all of your problems, but it may annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

These prices have me considering listing my Bigfoot. I don’t have as much free time for midweek trips and could use something lighter and on the truck all the time, ready to go.
