Do they actually send emails regularly? Person who read the email may not have even been told what happened and is still trying to get the story from whoever was there.

I wouldn't worry about it. Any place worth their salt knows accidents happen with kids, and the fact that both parents responded immediately to handle it aren't customers you kick out.
