Marker 1300 Piston Control Binding with Technical 120 Cochise boots help

So I have an old pair of Volkl G3’s mounted with Marker 1300 Piston Controls, are my Cochise 120 boot soles compatible with these?

These skis are great in moguls and hardpack and I think still have plenty of life left in them especially early season.

I was told from a ski shop it is a no go. Not sure I trust the tech at all but I will take the word of some random guy on the internet.


Any techs or someone with more binding knowledge willing to help me save my knees please?

It's a no-go.

Those bindings are not indemnified. You'll need new bindings.
