I got real drunk with Bill Dance at ICAST in Vegas in 2013? He's as hokey in person as on TV. Dude could party for an old guy.

Back in 07ish when I was running a fly shop some guy named Luke Bryan called looking for a place to fish the next morning before he opened for Garth Brooks. He was real proud of the Bronco he towed behind his bus. Low and behold some hick walks through the door a couple hours later and yells "Hey y'all, I'm Luke Bryan!". Nice enough guy, but a goober. He's become good friends with a mutual friend and apparently can kill an impressive amount of silver bullets on a days float. Pretty good fly angler.

Won a work trip to Costa Rica back in 2019. Stoked my company came through and finally made it happen. Spent most of the time indulging at the four seasons on the company dime, but did get out for a day of fishing

Spent half the day trolling for mahi and tuna and half the day pitching big top water lures on heavy spinning gear for rooster. Wifey called it streamer fishing on steroids. Didnít move any roosters but hooked up a handful of nice mahi-mahi.

As usual, wifey caught the biggest fish. Fuckin A, salt water is fun!!

A dolphin swimming past is my bet. And I don't think it's a time lapse.

This weekend, while I was skiing Trollhaugen, my Momís meth head neighbor caught a steelhead on the Brule, at its mouth with Lake Superior. If this moron can catch one using a piece of tin foil and a nightcrawler, Iím pretty sure SFB will be able to swing a few up.

Instead of whining about politics on tgr everyday you should go swing a few up.

Heh, he is a nice enough guy. Really proud of that fish. He waited outside after dark for me to get back from skiing Trollhaugen to show it to me. Then he ate it.

    That’s a nice fish.
How big is the steelhead fishery there? Do they grow to spawn age in the Atlantic, in Lake Superior or ???.
