It was there for a second, and was worth watching

If you didn't catch the Elyse Saugstad movie in the side bar that was there yesterday, you missed a good one. Not sure why TGR removed it from the sidebar so quick while leaving up dated avalanche info. But that's keeping in line with the movie

Wow! That's some good skiing. The intro where she just rolls off the peak, through the rocks and is instantly doing 60 mph was crazy.

Here's the Colab mentioned. Much, but not all of the skiing was in the other vid. What stands out to me is how rock solid her legs are on those landings.

That is a very strong woman and not just physically.

I thought There was this skimo weirdo from a messaging board trying to promote his YouTube channel and ski boot mods she was hanging out with, but that's nothing you can't overcome.

Interesting video, such a badass skier. Was sad to see how hard she had to work after so much competitive success to find a spot in the ranks.

Good movie. I didn't realize her progression into bigger nane filming was so rocky.

Compared to what? Serious question, as I have no context. Seems like a lot of people would have a pretty rough go and a few have trust funds.

But she deserves whatever spotlight has hit her. That opening drop is outstanding. Like the dude at Rampage tossing his bike of the cliff and jumping after it.

Was 2013 the year sarcasm and irony lost their humor around here? Pics are gone, unfortunately:

Some serious stomps in there. Great skier. I think people would like to watch a film with a lot of that. That was good

Compared to men mostly. In 2010 Rachael Burks and Ingrid Backstrom were in TGR's and MSP's films, along with 36 men.
Elyse won the award for best female segment in 2013. In 2014 she was in an all female film Pretty Faces.
In 2018, MSP's film had half men, half women, including Elyse.
