It's the petty things: A safe place to whine about COVID

I want to head back to Europe. And see the new James Bond move on a big screen. Booo Fucking Hooo to me.

Other than that, and all the horrible stuff, I got this shit under control.
However many are in a shit ton.

Sticking to the theme, I am very tired of my glasses fogging up when I go into a building because of wearing a mask. I can't see shit! For a little while.

I am so sick and tired of “high risk people” that have 10000% made the problem self induced. Doctors need to quit lying and tell people they are unhealthy and they should of started doing it long ago and we wouldn’t be in this mess.

I always fogged my faceshield while wearing a mask whenever I go buy groceries and it's annoying as hel.

Definitely travel. After sinking time and money into the house for 20 years it's "done". We didn't replace pets when they passed over the last 3-4 years so that we could travel whenever and where ever we want. Now we are ready to go and stuck at home. At least we're sitting on a mess of airline points for some good trips once other countries allow us in.

It's really hard to get the little produce bags open at the grocery store without licking my fingers. Fucking torture.

Those of us who have had it should be able to travel like normal people.
Took me like 10 minutes to figure out how to change this shit

    I'd love:
For my 4 year old to go to daycare for more than 2 weeks in a row, for her sake
For my 1 year old to see another human kid besides her sister.
    To stop judging everyone.

Could be worse, my area is in a state of emergency and all ski hills are closed.

Go over and lightly fondle some broccoli or parsley that just got sprinkled.
Then remember to rinse the fack out of whatever you buy!!

A lot of stores have hand wipes near where they keep the carts to wipe the cart handle down, grab one of those and use it to dampen your finger tips so you can open the produce bags.

Yes, there's that. It's a great reminder that things could be worse and that I should calm my tits about skiing.

I am usually able to find a section of shelf that got misted and use that to moisten my finger. Better than fondling the produce, I figure.

Back on topic, I wanna see Dune on the big screen, goddammit.

Really? I was 13 the first time I read it and I devoured every single word, like a sandworm. When I was through the series, I started back at the beginning immediately with the same enthusiasm. YMMV.

I'm telling you, the free wet naps are up front, grab one and you won't have to look like a freak fondling the moist broccoli.
