I would try the LV instead, fit is similar to the 99mm Zero G (more volume than other Lange LV lasts). Can you post side views of your feet as well? Thanks.

Thanks, the side views let me pick out potential instep issues better. I normally like to see a top view, but you can't rotate the image top-to-bottom on your phone app, only in the retail business version.

25 Lupo factory, almost not long enough but good everywhere else, with intuition liners and Sole footbeds. 26 would likely be fine.

26 tlt6, punched for width, perfect with homebrew intuition tour wraps and Sidas customs.

26 scarpa Alien RS, pretty good with heel lift, forefoot bootboard grind and stock liner.

I can’t get it to complete the process, specifically the data harvesting of my personal info. The foot scan got done.
How long did you wait once you got to the email/code page for the logo to stop spinning?
I received the code email but couldn’t get beyond that

Mine took about 4 seconds - maybe the same problem Reformed had, you need to allow the app to use your location?

Same with me. All good until I went to put in state... then came the spinning logo of infinity

Gets stuck loading when I try to enter what state I live in. Deleted the app and tried all over again with the same issue.

Very cool app. Currently in an Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 130 26.5 with stock liner and off the shelf footbed. Love how they ski, but recently have been experience some numbness in my big and pinky toes after a few hours of wearing. Have had a shell and liner mold done on the boots, thinking I may need some shell work done in the toe box area to give a little more width?

Sorry everybody, I got this response from the product manager at Netvirta. Not sure what he means by "edge cases" as this seems to be affecting quite a few people who try the app.

"Thank you for the continued feedback. We also observed the "state" input issue and are working to remedy it. I passed all of this feedback along to our QA team. Until I receive feedback from them, I do not have any immediate suggestions for you. The issues appear to be edge case bugs that we didn't catch during internal testing. I'll revert once I have more feedback to share. Any bug fixes will come in the form of a simple app update."

    Dalbello Panterra 28,5
Lupo AX 120 29,5 (although that one seems to have way too much volume)

Would appreciate your input on other boots as it is really hard to find a decent bootfitter in Europe.

I ski a 265 0GTP with 1st and 5th met punches on both boots. Seems odd that the app says my feet are not that wide since that has not been my impression. I'd be fine with Scouts but the bootfitter was concerned a softer boot would deform into my meaty instep.

I also have RX130s (regular volume) and those are a more natural fit. I still took 5th met punches on both boots though. I have a hard time imagining squeezing into a 255 or a 265 LV but maybe I'm missing the boat. I'd welcome your thoughts.

For those of you having trouble entering your "state" or with the app crashing while the image is being generated, here's today's response from NetVirta:

"Quick update. We will have some of the identified bugs fixed by end of this week but will continue testing until next week. That said, to be safe, look out for an app update next week."

Super interesting app. I just posted this comment in another thread: "I decided to go out on a limb and downsize my backlands/hawx to 26 to try and further reduce the forefoot volume. This is coming from a 27 backland carbon most recently, 28 alien RS before that (i measure a true 27.5). I had the 26 shells memory fit, and a big toe punch added on the hawx. On the first day in the backland, it still loosened a bit in the forefoot, so I decided to swap back in a protour liner with a supportive footbed. Feels like a good fit so far. I was using the same liner in the 27 backland, with the size reducer shim. Fit on the 26 w/o shim feels a lot like the 27 w/ shim. Overall, I'd say the downsize could be a good option for the low-volume crowd, but I still only have a few days on each boot."

The scanner definitely confirms how low my instep is, and why I always feel like I'm swimming in boots. I'm hopeful this sz 26 strategy works out for me. Love to hear if sticking with the 26 sounds like a good move, vs even more padding in 27s (which I have a used BL and a new hawxXTD

Thanks, Trogdor. 65-68mm isn't that low for a 26.5-27 foot, but with a 102.4 forefoot you could easily be in a 92-95 lasted boot (doesn't exist in touring-world, unfortunately).

    Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 120 - 26.5

I'm using high volume liners (ZipFit Tour or Dynafit Neo CR) plus a heel shim to take up volume.

How wide is your foot according to the app? Length?
