Welcome to baseball weather Tribe fans!

Unsurprisingly, tonight's game against the ChiSox is postponed.

^^^^ 30% chance of snow today rocckies vs. cheating astros.

maybe altuve will hit a slick spot and break a leg and be out for a year. that's karma for denying he cheated imo.

I mean, I’m not gonna say that they shouldn’t play. Look at that, what was nearly 5 inches of wet snow is now a dusting. You get worse weather on Opening Day!

Yeah, it's cool how the snow melted first on the dirt leaving a clean outline.

If you want to see something funny spend a minute and a half of your life watching this sped-up time lapse of Opening Day 2007 that ended in a snow out.

They must have cleared the field of snow seven or eight times as the storm bands came throughout the day and placed and removed the tarp just as many only before they finally said, fuck it, I can't see shit and called the game that evening.

Jacob deGrom has given up one earned run in 4 starts, and set the record for most strikeouts in the first 4 starts of the season.

Jacob deGrom also has the highest OPS of any Mets hitter. He has driven in twice as many runs as he's allowed.

Guess I better crank up my fandom, finally read up on the BoSox season to date. Love the comparisons to the 2018 team.

Madison Bumgarner looked good and no hits through 7 so its a no hit with **.

Braves looked flat in both games and 2x shutout, ouch.

Not sure what happened with the Braves today. Like they forgot to bring the bats or something.

We were out hit 18-1. 14 innings of one hit shut-out put on us. Fuuuucckkk.

We need Soroka back, Fried to get right, and...

Hell we need a lot to happen

That's one thing that the Braves' move to Suntrust Park ruined in my opinion. The charm of going down to Turner Field, especially on Opening Day, was the SEC-like tailgate scene that was in the sea of parking lots surrounding the Field. Even on a shitty matchup against a last place team on a Tuesday night in August was reason enough to head down and tailgate.

    Now, not so much.

I am not an urban person, going to Turner field always seemed like a cross between Thunderdome and the Star wars bar.

    WALK OFF WIN!

    ROLL TRIBE!

Josh Naylor and Franmil Reyes are shaping up to be really nice acquisitions from the Pads in the Cleavenger trade. Love the fire Naylor plays with.

It's probably been mentioned here before, but it's nuts how bad the Yanks are hitting. I looked at the box score last night and one player was hitting .257, 4 others were under .250 and 5 others under .200. Incredible considering their lineup should be one of the top 3 or so in the majors. As a Mets fan I can't say I'm not enjoying it.
