Caricatures of a People know no geography. You should paint him up like Chief Wahoo on Friday, sure he would blend right in.
Maybe after the victory parade you guys can take a field trip

    Yeah, no.

Never understood people who painted themselves up like Chief Wahoo anyway.

I'm happy the boy will see a World Series title in his town growing up, something I never got.

While on the subject, fuck Joe Buck. By the 7th inning all he kept blathering on was how great it was that the Braves would win. I was sure he was going to jinx it.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

WSB is now saying Downtown, Centennial Olympic Park through Midtown then up to Cobb County to the Battery.

Anyone who is a fan of baseball should like the story of the 2021 Braves. Below .500 at the halfway point, down their all-star outfielder, Acuna, kind of listless... but they ground it out, got in and they won beating the favorites at each step.

I just hope my team can catch some of that magic next year.

Sounds like Posey is gonna retire.
    Much respect.
Dont like the Giants but dude had a monster career .

    12 yrs, MVP, 3WS, 1GG, 4SS, ROY, Batting Title, 7AS, 40.8 oWAR, 9.8 dWAR

Dude caught a prefect game, 2 no hitters and 7 or 8 times caught a shut out where he had more hits than other team (remember that cuz he did it again this year)
In addition to his resurgent bat, he made all those Gnats pitchers better this year and is a hudge reason the won and
    won and won.

Saw him beat my team so many times. Never could hate the guy, just tip my cap.

Yeah, Posey seemed like a class guy.

Now, let’s get on to Postseason awards and then a protracted lockout, whose ready!?!

Good post. Appreciate that - especially coming from a Dodger fan.

He shouldn’t have won the batting title. Great but still over-rated.

The (still) Indians picked up Jose Ramirez' club option. Awesome, now just give him a 3 year deal at about $60M and call it good.

I'm not sure who's the bigger steal in baseball, Jose or Ozzie Albies.

Everyone arguing he isnt gonna make HOF.

Hitting numbers are good not great but the work behind the plate, 3 WS, catching those No-nos
and I am hard pressed to think of a catcher ever that could have done what he did this year with that unproven pitching staff. But I dont get a vote

Parade day here in ATL, all the private schools, Fulton County and Cobb County schools were given the day off.

This city is gonna be wasted by 3pm when the festivities arrive at the ballpark.
