Bought a few down MH items recently and had a fantastic experience with their customer service. Can't really go into details (found a bug in their system), but they definitely took care of me. Sample of one though.

I had great experience with the CS reps, it’s the system that messed up.

they made good on their end and did a good job of taking care of me. The run around battle through the system needs to be fixed IMO.

first look at my jacket and it appears to be top notch. Not disappointed I went with their product.
