What’s the deal with everyone lately typing in all lowercase on phones? I’d have to actually do extra steps to type like this as the first letter capitalizes automatically.

So leather upholstery is just another way to fleece pet owners? Okay I guess I can buy that. Sure as hell doesn't make sense for anything else. I recently had to replace the driver's side seat cushion in my Tahoe and all I could find to cover it was leather, not the comfortable cloth that it came with. It fucking SUCKS now!!

I’m trying to not have service when I leave the country. It’s the only break I get from being called 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Verizon has an international thing that’s like $10/day. We did that a few years ago and it worked pretty well. Some surprisingly bad cell service at times though.
Tried using pre-paid SIM cards in Singapore a couple years ago. Fucking hassle. It gives you a whole new phone number, so messaging and calling people sucks. Plus, it’s prepaid, so you’re anxious about data which is a drag.

I posted a long time back trying to figure out what the hell this pvc vent was connected to. The best guesses involved some Buffalo Bill type stuff, which actually checks out due to the previous owners reputation.

Well so new clues have emerged. Context again: this is a small outbuilding stable. You can see the distance from the house. It’s not septic, which is on the other wise of the property. There is a tall white pvc stack coming out of the ground and I don’t know it’s purpose.

I left for 3 days during our heatwave and returned tonight and found a very uniform pattern in the grass, similar to what a septic might leave.

    What’s under the ground here?

Maybe it’s a foundation for an old building filled in with shitty fill dirt so the grass isn’t as healthy as the surrounding area, dried out by the heat wave. Maybe there is a bomb shelter or root cellar under there making the ground thinner than surrounding area. Maybe an old septic area.

    Dig a hole.

I still say the pipe is an old drain for a slop (or piss) sink in the barn.

Many houses have random drains for washing machines or slop sinks that are neither permitted or connected to legal septic. Shit happens.

Perhaps a scope camera down the PVC could be viable way to investigate?

For the lawyers: is anyone printing on legal size paper? Is there a specific reason for this size?

I can't speak for all lawyers, but I haven't seen legal size used in pretty much my entire time practicing. But I have seen it in old files.
