    I used them for some FWT qualifier comps. They are mandatory now if I recall correctly. Definitely helps on some of the harder slams.

    I use a similar one inbounds, when not wearing a pack on busier days.

    Ya this one is great for inbounds use as well. Used to have a hard shell POC vest that was pretty uncomfortable, heavy, and stiff. This is way lighter, fits better, and has much better mobility. Hardly notice it at all once it’s on

    I use the spine protector insert on my Dakine vest, which does a great job of stopping my shovel blade from chopping my spine in two. Similar material as this POC VPD thing.
