Go back a page or 2 someone actually suggested that was the reason. Reading, it's fundamental.

“It's more than just providing vaccines, right?” said Gov. Brown, while touring the building. “It's providing people with education and information and answering questions.”

Washington County Chair Kathryn Harrington said that mindset is one reason for the county’s vaccination success.
“Partnerships are really what help our community members,” said Harrington.

During the clinic, Victor Torres Lopez and his father Alfanzo both got their second vaccine doses.

“It feels great to know that there are lots of people getting vaccinated to stay safe and to have a great community,” said Torres Lopez.

Gov. Brown praised Washington County’s efforts to “close the equity gap.” She said that means making sure communities of color get vaccinated at the same rate the majority of the population does.

“Literally driving the mobile [vaccination] vans into communities, into neighborhoods,” said Brown. “Providing the information and education and vaccinations for community members.”

According to state health data, two other Oregon counties have since hit the 80% percent vaccination mark: Multnomah and Hood River, with Lincoln County close behind. But for Washington County, being first felt like validation for their hard work to keep community members safe.

where did I ever say some places weren't attempting to address the situation. Unless the CDC data has changed in the last month or so in regards to "communities of color", on a large scale its still an issue. You can ignore it if you want. Im glad some places are trying. Some countries have even gone to the effort of going to peoples homes who are too sick to go out and getting them vaxxed. 1 community doing it, helps but we need more of them to take the same steps.

Yeah, only one community in the US is trying. It’s a difficult issue for sure but your faux outrage about no one caring is disingenuous and you throwing a hissy fit because we don’t buy into your narrative doesn’t mean we don’t care. There are outreach programs like this all over the country, we’re trying.

Republicans are still a bigger obstacle to vaccination than Black Americans:

To Vaccinate or Not---The Rat Flu Odyssey Continues

When we first opened our community vaccination clinic at the hospital the place was packed with Hispanics and not many white folks to be seen.

I don’t want MF or Skidog to think that I’m claiming this as “data” it’s purely anecdotal as-to my experience at a vaccination clinic.

Very interesting that whites are the least vaccinated group. I wouldn't have expected that.

On a different subject, here's an article about mask selection. Some pretty good evidence to suggest cloth masks don't cut it:

It’s almost like ethnic minorities have more common sense or less inherent bias, you choose.

Yes, you can donate blood after getting a COVID-19 vaccine, as long as you are symptom-free and feeling well at the time of the donation.

Assuming you meant convalescent plasma for Covid-19 treatment, it wouldn't make sense for vaccinated people and people 6 months post natural infection to donate. Also, studies show convalescent plasma therapy is not very effective and has been largely phased out as a result.

P.S. Have you considered dropping your media sources after getting it consistently wrong for so long?
