Icebreaker Light Insulated Jacket. I believe the insulation is wool but not 100% sure. They make very nice stuff. More on the casual side but could double as an insulation piece for sure.

whats the large fit like on the scott stuff? Run big or on the more "athletic" side? for ref I am 6'3" round 200lbs.

I would say it's pretty traditional. Unfortunately I've never been 6'3" but I know this jacket fit me when I was 6'0' 190 just fine. Sorry, I know thats not too helpful. I wouldn't say its intended to be slim fitting at all.
