Perfect example of how social media ruins most everything. Now there's nothing left but another stupid cairn. I hope somebody kicks that thing down, too.
I'm actually glad it's gone. Get all the influencers away from a pretty damn cool area that should remain as it always has....undisturbed. Imagine if we treated all those rare and not-mapped petroglyphs this way. Never tag them in photos!

People will have problems getting to Kane Spgs MacDo turnoff much less the Kane-Ourrah P split...do not underestimate the capacity of the average “adventure seeker” to have problems getting <30 mi off pavement and then 1/2 mi off of a dirt road....the BLM is very much correct on this one.

AND, another monolith surfaces in Romania
This one has circular grinder decoration , and appears (from another video) to be spot welded rather than pop-riveted.
Is this the 21st century version of crop circles? Or a COVID version of Where’s Waldo?

^^^^ if the BLM decides to pursue it, 10K probably not worth the hassle of the resource damage tickets and court time etc etc. i presume the "artist" knows this too
