Looks like Bachelor is getting snow, too. So, looks like you’ll get some freshies. However, your track record for the 21-22 season is impeccable!

Unfortunately we called an audible and went to Calgary. Trying to get as much time with my FIL since we don't know how soon the cancer is really going to slow him down. Of course Bachelor will be fantastic, too. Just my luck. We'll get a few days in Banff and it should be fun.

I'm legitimately stoked for everyone getting it. Tough to beat Alpy on a cold powder day.

Turns we’re nice this morning and Armstrong line wasn’t too bad. Never waited to go up to. Was reminded how super my supergoats are for this snow. 😀

I saw some SGs loading on a lift and felt a little lust.

I thought April 10th last season was a wild powder day, yesterday took it up a notch.

Chair 2 lines were unreal but bouncing between 1 and 2 kept things lively. Managed 5 chair 2 laps, 3 under the lift and 2 down international/snake dance and it was all stellar, especially with things refilling.

That first lap down S6 were the deepest turns I’ve had at Alpental.

Not bad this morning, did a little hyak dawn patrol and while the face is tracked out and then some, the trees were almost untouched. Must have been excellent yesterday.

Sunday was pretty damn good. Nice to visit the old stomping grounds in all time conditions, and get a lap in with some of the mayor's posse.

Chair Peak Environs skied very nice this morning. A bit of a thin crust a few inches below last nights snow out around Source Lake but as soon as we got above the lake the crust completely disappeared and it was deep. No action shots, it was snowing and I had a meeting to get to.

I am still trying to work on clearance on the home front to go up tomorrow. What is the game plan for LBD? I have not met many of you, so really hoping I can make it!

    Is it something like this?

    1. Lot 4 obviously. (Setup near the cat track on the resort side?)
    2. Bring whiskey
    3. Bring greenery
    4. Long old\stylish ski's if you got em still?
    5. Festivities to kick off pre-lift spin with lunchtime gathering for a refresh of items 2 and 3 above?

I have not been watching telemetry. Has it stayed below freezing top of Armstrong and above since the dumpage?
Have they gotten much new since the last time open?

Looks like about 9" new at base since Sunday.

This must get tiring for you. I believe this is the second time you've schooled me in the ways of the telemetry! I'd not noticed that 7 day toggle. Thank you!

Edit: Or maybe that was the first schooling, and I'd forgotten...painful...

Looking like temps have remained good too. Going to be fantastic!!!

It's been snowing all week . Close to 3 ft at the top since Sunday.

I would pay $100 more for a pass each season if they limited the Ikon days to the rest of snoqualmie (or maybe ikunts could get 1 day at alpental and the rest at the other bases.

The problem is not with people who buy Ikon passes.

The problem is that there's too many assholes like us.

This year's ikon is next year's passholder. The good news is they don't train for Alpental so when they show up they get spanked and they never ski my lines anyway
